6. Credits & Payments

Credits:

• Are non-refundable
• Have no cash value
• May be modified or discontinued

Payments are processed by Stripe.

7. Availability & Downtime

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Temporary outages may occur.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Sentient Mind Ltd is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• User content outcomes

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

Users may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

Reel Forge software and systems remain our property.

Users retain rights to their own content.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
